Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

Real feedback from clients who trusted JLove Building Construction Ltd with their projects.

I had the opportunity to work with JLove Building Construction Company on constructing a Drainage System and a Restroom renovation project in 2021 and would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that they provided. As the Maintenance Manager for the Appleton Estate Rum Experience, the General Contractor selected for this project, I worked closely with JLove Building Construction to make sure that the needs and standards of Appleton Estate were not only met but were exceeded. The Drainage System project was rather a challenging construction with a short 8 weeks’ construction schedule, therefore effective Architect-Contractor coordination and communication were crucial in completing the project before Rainy season. Throughout the project I felt that JLove Building Construction truly acted as a partner with not only the Owner, but with each member of our construction team. The cooperation and collaboration that JLove Building Construction brought to the table everyday was greatly appreciated. This atmosphere resulted in a truly enjoyable project experience for everyone involved, a successful end result, and a very pleased client. I look forward to the opportunity to work with JLove Building Construction Company again.

Christopher Bailey

Maintenance Manager | Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience

As the Project Manager for the Pharmacy Project at SouthDale Plaza in Kingston, I have no hesitation in recommending JLove Building Construction for any building renovation project. The quality of works done was exceptional. JLove Building Construction went above and beyond the call of duty to make the project a success. There was competition to win the job from other contractors. JLove Building Construction managed to win over the competition not because of cost. What made all the difference in the company’s success was the owner’s (Joseph Allison) sheer enthusiasm, passion for construction and professionalism. It was a good decision to select JLove Building Construction.

Project Manager: SouthDale Plaza Pharmacy

Having Joseph guide us through our recent site visit was an absolute pleasure. Not only did he demonstrate exceptional expertise in his field, but his ability to connect with us on a personal level truly stood out. Mr. Allison’s genuine warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience both productive and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who excels in both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills, and Mr. Allison certainly embodies that unique combination. We’re confident that with his expertise and dedication, our project is in the best hands possible. Highly recommend!

Keneisha Duncan

Client

From the first encounter through to the completion of the project - professionalism, efficiency, constant communication, respect, thoroughness, and timeliness were the hallmarks of our four-week engagement with JLove Building Construction in March 2021. The job was undertaken with enthusiasm and discipline that are sometimes lacking in construction projects. Professionally attired and competent workmen were present each morning. We were particularly impressed with how clean the job site was after each workday, and for their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that additional, unforeseen issues were appropriately dealt with. The timeframes that were given were realistic and achievable. On completion of the project, we were delighted with the outcome and the commitment to continue providing support and guidance after, as needed. Undoubtedly, we would engage the services of JLove Building Construction again and again. And we would certainly recommend their services to anyone who requires a reliable construction entity for home renovations or any construction project.
